Hydaitd is an endemic disease in Iran but its pancreatic involvement is rare.
It is a case report of a 67-year-old man with pancreatic cystic lesion diagnosed by sonography, computerized tomography and confirmed by laparatomy.
The cyst evacuated and washed out with normal saline and then anastomized to small bowl with cytojejunostomy Roux-en-Y procedure.
The patient followed 2.5 years and he had no problem after operation
