Abstract EN
Fungus such as Trichoderma and Gliocladium associated with a parasitic behavior appear by a rolling up of the hyphas entour the filaments of parasitic fungus.
This study showed the antagonistic effect of Trichoderma viride with respect to the various fungi isolates infecting the plant zea mays.
The stock of Trichoderma viride was isolated starting from the soil from Jijel or reign a wet climate.
From various bodies (roots, stems and sheets) of the plant zea mays were insulated 28 fungi stocks belonging to 17 genres: Absidia, Alternaria, Aspergillus, Botrytis, Cladosporium, Epicoccum, Fusarium, Geotrichum, Melanconium, Monileilla, Penicillium, Phoma, Pythium, Scopulariopsis, Trichoderma and Ulocladium.
The test of direct confrontation between Trichoderma viride and the isolates fungi were made on medium PDA.
The action of competition of Trichoderma viride on the pathogen agent, in presence or the absence of a zone of inhibition was considered of this test.
The speed of growth of the fungi isolates and Trichoderma viride was given.
Trichoderma viride reaches the junction of limps of Petri four days after sowing, whereas the various fungi isolates occupy only one surface of 29% with Fusarium rosum, 13% withEpicoccum sp2, 44% with Epicoccum sp3, 21% with Monileilla sp, Absidia sp with 15% and Trichoderma sp2 with 6% what corresponds to an inhibition of the mycelia growth of the fungi isolates tested.
