في هذا البحث تم دراسة معدل تشتت الكترون- الكترون في بئر الجهد الكمي الأحادي النهائي الارتفاع ذو عرض400 A و لحالتين من كثافة الحاملات 400 1010 (1 cm -2 1010 and 100 cm -2)، لقد اخذ بنظر الاعتبار تشتت الكترون- الكترون كدالة لطاقة إلا لكترون الابتدائية بوجود وعدم وجود حجب (screening) لكل آليات تشتت الكترون-الكترون في الحزم الفرعية.
Abstract EN
In this paper we have studied the electron-electron scattering rates in an infinitely deep single quantum well with width (400 A ) and for both carrier densities (1 1010 cm-2 and 100 1010 cm-2), we have considered the electron-electron scattering as a function of the initial electron energy with and without screening at all subband carrier-carrier scattering mechanisms.
