تم في هذه الدراسة اقتراح صیغة ریاضیة مقبولة للمقاطع العرضیة الأیونیة للقشرة k للذرتین الكربون (Z = 6) و البوتاسیوم (Z = 19) بطریقة تصادم الالكترونات.
اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على نتائج المستحصلة من قبل الباحث سبل لحساب المقاطع العرضیة الأیونیة لهذه الذرات.
و قد وجد من خلال هذه الدراسة بان الصیغة المقترحة تنطبق بشكل جید مع شكل و سلوكیة المقاطع العرضیة الأيونية المحسوبة فضلا أن هناك اتفاق مقبول مع المقاطع العرضیة الأيونية المحسوبة عند الطاقات الالكترونیة الواطئة من قبل الباحث سبل.
Abstract EN
In this study an analytical expression proposed for k shell ionization cross section for two atomic elements C (Z=6) and K (Z=19) due to electron impact had been investigated.
This study is based on the analysis of calculated k shell ionization cross section.The proposed analytical expression had been found to fulfill the task of the fitting shape and behavior of the Sbell k ionization cross section database with an acceptable agreement in the values of the cross section at low incident energies.
