This study discusses the question of the beginning of the political Configuration of The Islamic State in Medinah during the time of ?rophet Mohammad.

The study aims at shedding light on the politics of the ?rophet through the Constitution that he draw for the people of Medinah and the role ofthat document in building public political scope.

The study explains agreement on the terms of the document and how that agreement Continued, It also shows the manner by which a society of different faiths and tribes tried to Coexist in a new Society Which lived according to anew Islamic political life.

The study also follows the political responsibility which the document Contains in accordance with the cultural, Social, economical and political patterns in the society, focusing on political interaction among different segments of society which provided harmony and coexistence among the new emerging muslim society
