Abstract EN

This study aims at determining the effects of leadership styles (Democratic, autocratic, free) on the professional performance (desire to achieve, capacity, opportunities for growth and development) at ETRAG, Constantine.

A questionnaire was used to collect data and meet the objectives of the research and identify the leadership styles adopted by the managers to achieve the required performance.

The results obtained show that there is an effect of the independent variable on the dependant variable.

In order words, the leadership style affects the professional performance with a significant On the light of these results, we insist to promote the democratic style at the company, create cooperation between individuals, and improve the managers’ capacity to lead human resources through a positive influence on the employee’s behavior to reach the desired objectives
