English Abstract
The study develops an information technology acceptance model to study the decision to adopt ERPs in Morocco.
Five constructs were set up to fit the Moroccan SME context; Technology characteristics, CEO characteristics, Organizational characteristics, Environmental characteristics and Transparency.
80 questionnaires were collected, and the study shows that Organizational characteristics and Transparency have an impact on the decision to adopt an ERF.
None of the CEO characteristics as well Environmental characteristics have an impact on the decision to adopt an ERP.
Furthermore, for Technology characteristics only ease of use and compatibility have an impact on the decision to adopt an ERP.
