English Abstract

The promising development of The Arts has created a new market in Morocco, with a significant potential for businesses to exploit.

In fact, The Arts are prevalent in some form or another in all modern societies.

They can be art based activities such as photography, dancing, painting, or can be as simple as just going to theater.

Using a sample of 210 respondents, this research investigated the personality traits that have a significant influence on whether a person is interested in The Arts or not.

The findings show that openness to experience and sensation seeking have a significant and positive effect on interest in The Arts among Moroccan workers.
