In the present article the author considers the notion of “educational program’’ and the (positive or negative) experience that schooled children have of such programs.
School failure and educational provisions are considered within the context of the interactions between the teacher and the pupil and the broader social context to learning.
Can we reduce school failure and maximize educational attainment if we reconsider the relavantpoints in the relation teacher-pupil, basing ourselves on the motivation the rate and the manner of learning in children, and proposing a more rigorous monitoring of a given school curriculum? All these basic issues are considered in turn.

Dans le présent article, il est proposé une réflexion sur la notion de “programmes scolaires", et l’expérience (positive ou négative) gu’ont les enfants scolarisés de ces programmes.
Constat d’échec (scolaire) et programmes d’intervention sont considérés dans un cadre d’interaction entre l’enseignant et le large contexte social de lapprentissage.
Peut-on réduire l’échec scolaire et maximaliser la réussite scolaire en reconsidérant les points de pertinence dans la relation enseignant-enseigné, se basant sur la motivation et le rythme et la manière de /'apprentissage chez les enfants, en proposant un contrôleplus rigoureux d ’unprogramme scolaire donné ? Une réflexion est proposée dans ce sens.
