English Abstract
This paper discusses the relationship between the stock price synchronicity in emerging markets associated with corporate governance mechanisms expressed in terms of analysts following, ownership concentration, firm's operational complexity, and its location.
Oppositely to previous studies that conclude the existence of a negative relationship between corporate governance and synchronicity, our findings showed that when corporate governance is improved, then more transparency dominate in the informational environment of the firm which leads consequently to increase synchronicity
