English Abstract

This project is conducted to suggest a new strategy that can enhance the level of Sport infrastructures in Morocco and to find a solution to the different structural and managerial constraints faced by sports executives for many decades.

The methodology conducted was based upon a macro-economic and micro-economic analysis of the Moroccan sport industry.

These external and internal analysis were supported by the most important analytical tools mainly the PEST analysis and Porter’s 5 forces as well as a SWOT analysis on the Moroccan sport industry.

The use of these analytical tools was motivated by our willingness to detect the main issues and constraints faced by the Moroccan sport and also to clearly advocate the opportunities and strengths that have to be exploited within the Moroccan sport Industry.

Moreover, this analytical process was joined by the introduction of a new managerial structure which is the Public-Private partnership.

This PPP model is claimed as an effective tool in creating a relationship between the ministry of Youth and Sport and the private sector .Thus, this new approach will take the structure of Joint-Venture between the ministry of youth and Sport and private investors.

The suggested managerial structure will be a win-win strategy since it will have positive outcomes on the public sector in terms of effectiveness and cost saving while leading the private investors to penetrate a new growing activity which is the sport sector
