English Abstract

SDS-PAGE was applied on the extracellular protein of S.

aureus isolates from mastitic goat’s milk isolated from clinical and subclinical cases.

These strains were isolated and characterized previously by us.

For the extracellular proteins of S.

aureus 11 bands were obtained, 1 between 66.000 to 45.000 kda, 3 bands between 45.000 to 34.700 kd, 2 bands between 34.700 to 24.000 kd,1 bands between 24.000 to 18.400 kd and 4 bands < 18.400 kd.
