English Abstract

This thesis aims to identify the critical success factors of quality management in higher education institutions in Morocco.

Since essentially exploratory research seeks to identify and validate these critical success factors, we have used DELPHI technique as a methodology by deriving the factors from reviewing the literature of quality management in the educational sector.

To achieve the research objective, we initially identified in the literature the different factors that various authors and researches have used to manage better quality management in education.

Subsequently, we submitted these factors to the selected experts under the Delphi technique.

Their assessment serves to validate our model of competence.

The results show that the critical success factors of quality management in higher education institutions in Morocco confirmed by the experts under the Delphi technique are as follow: top management commitment and responsibility, working environment, employee involvement, employee training and development, infrastructure, and cultural and organizational transformation ability
