Abstract EN
Bovine warts extracts, the second passage of bovine papilloma virus (BPV) isolate (propagated in foetal bovine skin (FBS) cell culture) and cellular extracts of normal bovine skin were injected S/C, respectively into 3 groups (5, 5, 2) of total 12 young hamsters aged 2-3 months.
Specific virus (BPV) was detected by means of electron microscope in chorioallantoic membranes (CAM) of embryonated chicken eggs which were inoculated with the surgically removed cutaneous tumours induced in the infected hamsters within the period of one year compared with the third group (control).
Agar gel precipitation test (AGPT) was used to demonstrate the hamsters’ sera antibodies against antigens of CAM, bovine warts extracts and hamsters extracts.
Results were discussed.
