English Abstract

In their actual systems, there is no segregation of duties.

This leads to create an inherent risk of frauds which may affect the efficiency of the company.

Then, the main objective of this thesis is to develop a suitable internal control and financial reporting systems that can enhance the productivity of the farms and then preserve its place as the leader in Moroccan market.

The methodology followed to achieve this goal is based on analyzing the actual processes, detect the weaknesses and then present some solutions enhance the actual systems.

The major challenge during the preparation of this thesis was to develop uncomplicated but efficient systems.

This means, that during the implementation of these systems, no training or new investments are required.

Also, I kept in mind that the majority of farms’ managers are illiterate.

Then, the internal control system should be easy to handle by those people.
