English Abstract
In theory the best security system may have flaws in it when put into practice.
The only way to ensure that security measures are working as planned is to constantly monitor accesses.
This monitoring can be difticult especially for remote accesses.
In this case, an attractive place for an administrator to monitor the network is the router.
This project consists of implementing a flow monitor at the level of an IP-router, This monitor has the ability to observe all the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and Internet Protocol Security (IPSEC) communications between a Local Network and the Internet and distinguish between encrypted and clear -Unencrypted- communications, This tool is provided with an easy to use Graphical user interface that helps the adniinistrator have a global insight of the interactions between the internal network and the Internet.
In addition to its usefulness on detecting IPV4 encryption, this tool can be useful for monitoring services that do not use encryption
