إن فكرة نظام إنتاج الكيماويات يمكن أن توفر نظاما مستهدفا جيدا للعديد من العقاقير.
حيث أن الفكرة تمثل طريقة عامة و نظامية تتميز بالمرونة في تصميم العقاقير.
و يمكن تطبيقها على العديد من المركبات.
و قد استخدم مفهوم نظام إنتاج الكيماويات في عقاقير ذات استخدامات معينة مثل الأدمغة، الألسن، القولون و في مجال العيون.
و تعطي هذه المراجعة مناقشة مختصرة لأنواع مختلفة من أنظمة إنتاج الكيماويات.
Abstract EN
The chemical delivery system (CDS) approach can provide targeted delivery and sustained release for a variety of drugs.
Since the approach represents a general and systemic method that allows for considerable flexibility in the drug design, it can be applied for different lead compounds.
The concept of CDS has been used for targeting drugs to specific organs like the brain, lung, and colon and within the eye.
This review gives a brief discussion of some different type of CDS..
