تم تحضير (1a,b) 2-Aryl hydrazono propanals و عولجت بالبروم في حمض الخل فأعطت (2,3) hydrazonyl halides، أما عند تكثيفها مع أملاح الديازونيوم الأروماتية أعطت (4a,b) formazanes.
كما تفاعل (1a,b) مع مركب كلورو أسيتون في الأسيتون في وجود كربونات الصوديوم و نتج (6a,b) aroyl pyrazoles، في حين أن تفاعل (1a) مع chloro acetonitrile أعطى (7) و تم أيضا تفاعل (1a,b) مع acetylacetone و malono nitrile في domestic microwave oven فنتجت المركبات المقابلة : (10a,b) aryl azo phenols و (12a, b) pyridazine imine على التوالي.
هذا و قد تم معالجة المركب (1b) بحمض الكبريت المركز فأعطى المركب (17) بينما وجد أن معالجة المركب (1b) بالجليسين أو حمض الهيبيوريك في Ac2O تعطي (18a,b).
Abstract EN
Arylhydrazonopropanals 1a, b were prepared and react with bromine in acetic acid to yield the hydrazonyl halides 2, 3 and couples with aromatic diazonium salts to yield the aryl Formosans 4a, b.
The reaction of 1a, b with chloroacetone in acetone and in presence of sodium carbonate afforded the aroylpyrazoles 6a, b while the reaction of 1a with chloroacetonitrile afforded 7.
Compound 1 reacted with acetyl acetone and malononitrile in a domestic microwave oven to yield the arylazophenols 10a, b and the pyridine imine 12a, b.
Treatment of 1b with concentrated sulphuric acid afforded 17.
The reaction of 1b with glycine or hip uric acid in Ac2O has afforded 18a, p.
