تم تحضير سلسلة من صبغات الازو التي تستخدم كصبغات توزيع باستخدام حلقات أمينية غير متجانسة مختلفة وذلك باستخدامN _ ميثيل_N_ (2_هيدروكسي إيثيل) الانيلين كمركب ازدواج.
وتم استخدامها جميعا كصبغات توزيع على أقمشة البولي إيستر.
وقد وجد أن هذه الصبغات تعطي ألوانا عديدة بعمق جيد جدا و متوازن على الأقمشة.
و كانت النسبة المئوية لزوالها وثباتها على النسيج بين جيدة إلى جيدة جدا.
كما أظهرت الصبغات ثباتا جيدا في الضوء و ثباتا جيد جدا تجاه الغسيل و الحك و التعرق.
و كان ثباتها للتسامي ممتازا.
Abstract EN
A series of azo disperse dyes based on various 2-aminoheterocycles were prepared using N-methyl-N-(2- hydroxyethyl) aniline as coupling component.
All the dyes were applied as disperse dyes on polyester fabric.
These dyes were found to give a wide range of color shades with very good depth and levelness on fabric.
The percentage dye bath exhaustion and fixation on fabric was found to be good to very good.
The dyed fabric showed good fastness to light and very good to excellent fastness to washing, rubbing, and perspiration.
The sublimation fastness found to be excellent.
