Exstrophy of the bladder variants : rare cases presentation and review of the literature

Two cases of ectopic vesicle variants are presented (exstrophy of the bladder variant).

The first case is a superior vesicle fissure associated with Prune Belly syndrome.

The second case is a polyploidy miniexstrophy associated with dorsal chordae.

The extreme rarity of such cases is explained and the clinical diagnosis and management is illustrated.

Such rare cases were reviewed in the literature and studied.
