The basic goal of this work is to obtain the conditions of existence and uniqueness of the solution of the integral equations of the second kind.

Noting that, except the Banach's theorem where the norm of the integral operator must be less than unity, the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the integral equations of the second kind remain an open question.
