Nowadays, human societies have become much more open towards each other thanks to the individuals' freedom of movement all over the world as emphasized by national as well as international treaties and agreements.

All man beings are perfectly well aware of the importance of marriage as emphasized by all religions.

This particular fact led human being to overcome all boundaries and increase their curiosity to know more about other cultures and societies, which led to the emergency of a new phenomenon called mixed marriages.

At first, there wasn't a completely shared agreement among people about this phenomenon.

The Saudi conservative society was no exception.

However owing to this increasing by emerging issue of mixed marriages, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched some new regulations and laws organizing mixed marriages among Saudi and non Saudi In spite of these new regulations, they proved to be insufficient with the existence of a new emerging phenomenon known as illegal marriages which brought about negative effects especially on neglected children.

Thanks to the great value that Islam has granted to the family in general and children in particular, as emphasized by national and international agreements in the human rights freaties.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was a pioneer in taking the necessary decisions to reduce the suffering of these neglected families and children who aspire for a better and more decent life as all other Saudi individuals.
