Abstract EN

The study aims at identifying the relationship between the problem solving strategies, information processing speed and mathematical creative problem solving ability.

The study sample consists of (67) males and females from Secondary Stage.

By using descriptive approach, measures of problem-solving strategies, mathematical creative problem solving ability, speed of information processing and t-test, correlation coefficient, ANOVA and regression analysis.

The study concluded that : There is a difference between males and females in mathematical creative problem solving ability to males.

There is a positive correlation between mathematical creative problem solving ability and mixed strategy, means-end analysis strategy, trial & error strategy and Information Processing Speed and can predict mathematical creative problem solving through information processing speed and some mathematical problem solving strategies.
