Heath protection and promotion contributes to the physical ,psychological and social confort of the individual and his unfold in the society, and it represents a basic factor in the economic and social development.The health institution constitute a socio-technical place in which there is a group of social workers each one helps the other.

This leads to a relation between them from one side and with the external environment from the other side in order to provide health care which is the main objective of health organisation.In this article, we try to look for the social conditions in the hospital which affect the health development in Algeia.
