Abstract EN

The purpose of this research is to seek the possibility of analyzing the structures of simple sentence in the poetry of Isa bin Ali Grappa.

This analysis is based on the model suggested by Sibawayh, and some contemporary linguistics' models.

The intention is to strengthen the link between the heritage of the Arabic language and the contemporary theories, and to highlight the role they piayed in this context and the indicative elements of the linguistic analysis.

In addition, this study tries to shed some light on the literary output of a young Saudi poet; in response to the message of King Abdul Aziz University and its goals to create a link with the community.

The study adopts the descriptive method, and the structure I of the research is composed of an introduction, a preface that is devoted to introduce the poet together with three more axes.

The first axis is earmarked to deal with the introduction of the إ three linguistic analytical models in the light of which the applied ا material is analyzed.

The second axis is concerned with the analysis of the patterns of the simple noun phrase in the material of the research.

The third axis studies the patterns of إ the verb phrase whereas the conclusion displays the results and إ recommendations of the study.
