English Abstract
In this project, we designed and implemented an D'JTRANET solution for employment application management for DMNIDATA.
This software company was suSeiing from the fact that not only it was working in a paper based environment, vAxh the risk of data loss, but also from the fact that the candidates final selection process was very timely because of the schedule constraints of interviewer.
The application developed will allow OMNIDATA's deciders to have a database where they have a readily available information about the candidates, to queiy their database based on many criteria and thus have accurate and quick answers to their needs.
The deciders v^rill also be free to schedule the interviews at the time that is the most suitable for each one of them as each one can put his/her interview feedback separately and share it with the others through the Intranet application.
The application was de\'eloped using ORACLE tool Designer 2000 R2.1.1 under ORACLE web server 2.\ In the way it was developed, the s^Jplication insists on security.
This is achieved by three different types of users with three different profiles, The first type of users is in charge of the input of the candidates primary information recdved through their resumes, the second type is the interviewer, and the third type is the users administrator.
