Abstract AR
إن الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو معرفة العلاقة الموجودة بين سمات الشخصية و دافعية الإنجاز و الفروق الموجودة بينهم حسب النشاط الرياضي الممارس باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المناسب لنوع هذه الدراسة انطلاقا من التساؤل حول تأثير سمات الشخصية على دافعية الانجاز لدى التلاميذ المشاركين في الرياضة المدرسية مرورا بالتطرق إلى هل اختلاف درجة السمات يؤثر على درجة دافعية الإنجاز وصولا إلى معرفة هل باختلاف نوع النشاط الرياضي الممارس تختلف درجات الدافعية و لقد استنتجنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن هناك علاقة ارتباطيه كبيرة بين سمات شخصية و دافعية الإنجاز لدى تلاميذ المشاركين في الرياضة المدرسية و اكتشاف أن هناك فروق في السمات الشخصية حسب النشاط الرياضي الممارس و فروق في دافعية الإنجاز حسب نوع النشاط الرياضي الممارس و هذا ما دفعنا إلى الرفع من سمات الشخصية التي من شأنها أن تزيد من دافعية الإنجاز حسب نوع النشاط الرياضي الممارس في المدرسة .
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to know that the relation between the characteristics of personal anger of fulfillment existing differences, including, according to the sports activity practiced to use the appropriate descriptive type(chap) of approach of this study on the basis of the question on the impact of personal characteristics on the motivation of students' fulfillment participating in the school sport, passing next to the tour(ballot) (turning point)((bend)) to make characteristics (functions)((offices)) of degrees (diplomas) different affect(allocate) the degree (diploma) of motivation of fulfillment to know how to (know) if according to the type(chap) of sports activity practiced degrees different (diplomas) to motivate the concluded by this study that there is a relation between the characteristics of big art bath irritate the fulfillment

L'objectif de cette étude est de savoir que la relation entre les car لactéristiques de colère d'accomplissement personnelle existant des différences, y compris, selon l'activité sportive a pratiqué utiliser le type d'approche descriptif approprié de cette étude sur la base de la question sur l'impact de caractéristiques personnelles sur la motivation d'accomplissement d'étudiants participant au sport scolaire, passant à côté du tour(tournant) pour faire des caractéristiques(fonctions) de degrés(diplômes) différentes affecte le degré(diplôme) de motivation d'accomplissement pour savoir(connaître) si selon le type d'activité sportive a pratiqué les degrés(diplômes) différents de motiver le conclu par cette étude qu'il y a une relation entre les caractéristiques de grand artbatyh irritent l'accomplissement personnel aux participants aux élèves scolaires sportifs et découvrent qu'il y a des différences
