تركز هذه الدراسة على مفهوم جودة الحياة الوظيفية من خلال خلفيتها التاريخية و اتجاهاتها و هذا من خلال مقاربة مدرسة الموارد البشرية و المقاربة التقنية-الاجتماعية، حيث تم التركيز على أبعاد و مؤشرات جودة حياة الوظيفية و عوامل نجاحها كنظام الاتصالات ثم دراسة مؤشرات قياس جودة الحياة الوظيفية و علاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي إضافة إلى التركيز على برامج جودة الحياة الوظيفية في المنظمات.

This studyisbased on the concept of quality of working life based on historical trends of this concept as the school of humanresources and social approach - technical and What are the indicatorsthatdefine the quality of working life, the factorsthatsuccessthis concept to hisorganization as organizational communication system and how canwemeasurethis concept and whatisitsrelationshipwith job satisfaction and what the quality programs in organizations.
