يهـدف هـذا المقال إلـى معالجـة إشـكالية الالتزامات المهنية لمحافظ الحسـابات و التـي تمثـل مجموعـة مـن المبادئ و القواعـد الأخلاقية و الآداب العامـة المتعارف عليهـا بيـن أعضـاء المهنة و التـي تحددهـا المنظمات المهنية المختصة و التـي تختلـف بالاختلاف بيـن الـدول فـي الثقافـة و اللغـة و الأنظمة الاجتماعية و القانونيـة، و هـي تسـتلزم علـى محافـظ الحسـابات ممارسـة سـلوك معيـن يلتـزم به، ضمانـا لمستوى أداء مرتفـع بمـا يرفـع مـن كرامـة المهنة و شـرفها، لأن الإخلال بها خـروج عليهـا و علـى شـرفها.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this article is to treat the problem of professional obligations of the auditor, which represent a lot of principles and ethics and morals accepted by members of the profession and determined by professional organizations, and infulenced by the difference of culture, language, social systems and legal of each country, which requires the auditor to exercise a certain behavior in order to rise the level of the performance and the dignity and honor of the profession.
