Abstract EN
Renal Angiomyolipomas (AML) are benign tumors, which can acquire huge size and when bilateral, they are diagnostic of tuberous sclerosis (TS).
Pulmonary Lymphangiomyomatosis (LAM) is more common in female patients with TS and mostly diagnosed in patients with renal AMLs.
We report a case of giant bilateral AMLs and pulmonary LAM in a 48-year-old female patient, who required nephrectomy for life-threatening hemorrhage.
