Menopause is a newly Medical and Islamic legal raised issue، It has many interferential and incidental problems as well as variant details from one case to another.

Based on Medical and Islamic legal point of view, this research consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.

The introduction indicates the significance of the study, purpose of the study and methods of the study.

Chapter one: (Menopause): This Chapter contains three main sections: • Definition of Menopause; definition of Menopause from Medical and Islamic point of view، advantages of menstruation and the reason behind Menopause.

• The typical Age of Menopause.

• Does the flow of blood after the age of Menopause considered to be menstruation? The answer of this question leads to three points; pre-menopause, the changes of menstrual cycle by the age of menopause and post-menopause.

• Islamic legal point of view of menopause; - Sunna and Bid›ah of divorcing a menopausal woman.

- 'Iddah for the menopausal divorcee.

- Transition of 'Iddah for menopausal woman.

- Islamic allowances (Rukhsah) for menopausal woman.

Chapter two: (Premature Menopause): This Chapter contains two main sections: • Primary Amenorrhea; this section contains three points about the concept of Primary Amenorrhea and it›s effects with Islamic legal adjustment of this problem.

• High menstrual; this section contains two points about the Menopause is a newly Medical and Islamic legal raised issue، It has many interferential and incidental problems as well as variant details from one case to another.
