English Abstract
This study is concerned with examining the impact of Efficient Assets Management on the Relationship between Financial Risk and Financial Performance in the Jordanian Industrial Companies.
This done by: Firstly, examining the relationship between financial risk and financial performance.
Secondly, examining the extent to which the efficient assets management impacts this relationship using efficiency ratios (inventory turnover, current assets turnover, and fixed assets turnover).
To achieve the study objectives, a data from 36 companies' financial statements in industrial sector enlisted at Amman Exchange Stock was collected, analyzed.
This data was during the period from 2002 till 2012.
The results of the study revealed that there is a negative relationship between financial risk and financial performance.
Moreover, there is a weak impact of the efficient assets management on the relationship between financial risk and financial performance.
Some of recommendations, limitations are proposed based on the research findings and conclusions.
