Abstract EN

This study aims to clarify the ruling of this issue from the perspective of Islamic law.

Study problem:This study attempts to answer several questions including: 1- Is it permissible to take advantage of genetic engineering techniques, as processes of physical reproduction to provide suitable alternatives for the treatment of diseases and Hardship cases? 2- What is the possibility to take advantage of the purposes of Shariah to reach a ruling on this issue? The researcher reached several conclusions, including: A- The use of physical reproduction to obtain stem cells, Tightens between two parties banning and legalization, each of them tends from the purpose of self-preservation and human dignity; therefore it was important to examine this calamity in light of the purpose of self-preservation.

B- The purpose of this reproduction is not tampering and reproduction - as some people may think - but is intended to provide suitable alternatives for treatment and save souls from perdition.

C- It could benefit from such technology for the purpose of treatment and Hardship cases; as long as the lack of suitable alternatives and not extravagant in, and be subject to state control and investigate necessary in intercourse with.

Recommendation 1- The need for use experts and specialists in all fields to adapt the contemporary calamity and to clarify its forms, so as Doctors, economists and their age care issues.

2- Refer to Rational firm rules of Shariah , and Legitimacy purposes in the study of these issues to be easily accepted by the public.
