English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of job expatriation among academics working in Jordanian universities from individual point of view.

This study's tool has been developed to answer questions about the study, which it has been make sure of validity and reliability, and distributed to a sample of consisted of (347) Female workers in the Jordanian public and private universities.

The results showed that the level of expatriation career academies Female workers in the public and private Jordanian universities came moderately degree, where the field (meaninglessness) in first place while solving the field (isolation) ranked last.

And also it showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of job expatriation among academic workers in the Jordanian public and private universities due to marital status differences, the university, and experience, and the existence of differences in the level of job expatriation among academics Workers in Jordanian universities due to the variable academic rank, where the differences in favor of those with the rank of (assistant professor, and teacher).

Based on the results, the study recommended that the university is working to pay interest psychological and behavioral own employees where feelings study and research, to identify the causes of career expatriation and minimizing its effects, and holding training courses include vital methods as a representation of roles and sensitivity training and development of complimentary strategies and compete to reduce the career expatriation levels of academies.
