Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the availability degree of the learning organization dimensions in the Palestine ministries- Gaza strip and also to detect the differences in the responses of the sample according to the demographic variables.

The questionnaire was used to collect the data depending on (DLOQ) scale.

The sample of the study consisted of (341) of supervisory positions' incumbents who were drawn by using disproportional stratified random sample.

(260) valid questionnaires were returned and the responses rate was about (76.2%).

The results showed that all dimensions of learning organization have got a medium degree.

The study's finding revealed significant differences on all dimensions of the scale due to the gender variable, the differences were found in favor of Male.

The results revealed no significant differences attributed to the years of experience on all dimensions with the exception of the fourth dimension, "Establish Systems to capture and share learning", the differences were found in favor of years of experiences more than 15 years.

Finally, the study detected that there were no significant differences due to the educational qualifications on all dimensions, except with regards to the first dimension, "continuous learning opportunities", the differences were found in favor of high qualifications.
