Agricultural exports are a key indicator of foreign trade in agricultural products of any country, so the interest in them and make them among the priorities of the overall agricultural development strategy is essential in the present day.

Which is what the Arab states tried to do over the decades through agricultural policies and projects, in order to reduce the size of the food dependency of the outside, but that did not achieve the desired results, both on the level of agricultural production, or at the level of the degree of agricultural export growth.

This paper is trying to stand on the most important obstacles that hinder the movement of Arab agricultural exports in spite of owning some of them a competitive edge in many agricultural products.
