Abstract EN

Quality is the basic requirement to meet the existing competition between institutions.

In order to be successful, the institutions should believe in the principle of continuous development, teamwork, common participation of workers and provide services and products.

In addition, focusing on client's satisfaction, which represent the basic objective of achieving quality and providing better service.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the quality culture spread rate among the students of Misurata University - Faculty of Education students as a model.

The study is particularly focused on the measurement of the concept of quality and the extent of students satisfaction achievement as well as necessary - the stuff from the perspective of students - a possible meeting facilities entirely to the wishes and needs of the students and on an ongoing basis through continuous development and improvement of performance which positively affects the future and continuity in the face of challenges and competition.

The study adopted a theoretical framework using references and previous studies, and practical framework using a questionnaire.

The study population represents a sample of students in the final year of the Faculty of Education at the University of Misratah.

The findings of the study indicates the strong link between the concept of quality, continuous improvement and the failure in providing some the important facilities that, complete the educational process
