Abstract EN

Trafficking in human organs a real humanitarian tragedy, a global crime that entails serious social, health and economic impacts, so the international community has always to pay attention to the fight against this heinous and reduce crime, and issued many countries, especially the fight against this crime, legal texts, due to their special nature, particularly in Algeria, and timeliness that is not immune to this phenomenon, we decided that we are exposed to the study by highlighting the legal aspect of this crime and find out the effectiveness of the amendment to the Penal Code under the law 09/01 of 25 February 2009, where the offense Algerian legislature acts of trafficking in human organs in duplicate 1 Section V of the Penal Code Algerian.
