المكافحة الإحيائية لحشرة من البقوليات (Homoptera : Aphis craccivora Koch Aphididae)‎ باستخدام الفطر Verticillium lecanii (Zimm.)‎ مختبريا

Abstract EN

The aims of the present study was to test the effect of spore suspension and filtrate sterilized by heat and filtrate sterilized by filter for the fungus Verticillium lecanii on some biological aspect of the Aphis craccivora Koch in the laboratory.

The concentrations of 1×108 spores / ml, 100 and 100% for spore suspension and filtrate sterilized by heat and filtrate sterilized by filter was showed superiority in mortality rate of adults and nymphs of the insect 14.57, 14.95and 16.34 % respectively compared with 3.83% for the control treatment of nymphs, and 12.92, 13.76, 14.53% respectively, compared with 1.91% for the control treatment for adults after 96 h.

The accumulative devastation of immature stages of the insect was reached its highest mortality percentage when concentration of 1×108 spores / ml, 100 and 100% for spore suspension and filtrate sterilized by heat and filtrate sterilized by filter 60,70 and90% compared with 15% for the control treatment.

The female productivity was decreased when increased concentrations as the number of births fell to adult insect from 6.67nymph / female in the control treatment to 3.00 , 2.33 and 1.67 nymph / Female, respectively at a concentration of 1×108 spores / ml, 100 and 100% for spore suspension and filtrate sterilized by heat and filtrate sterilized by filter.
