Abstract EN

*- This study aimed to identify the effect of the strategy of using fish bones in developing the scientific concepts in science for the fourth grade learners.

*- The study relied on the experimental method to detect the impact of using the fish bone strategy on the development of scientific concepts for the fourth grade learners.

*- The study population consisted of 150 male and female learners who were selected purposefully from the fourth-grade class in the area of Al-Ghazlaneih of the directorate of education in the countryside of Damascus, 60 pupils were selected to represent the control and experimental groups.

*- The findings of the study were as follows: - The presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of learners of the experimental group and the control group in the post application of the test.

*- The study concluded with the following proposals: - Conducting Training courses for teachers on teaching thinking strategies.

- Carrying out studies on the effectiveness of this strategy in of the subjects.
