تضمنت الدراسة الحالية تحديد نصف الجرعة القاتلة للمركب المحضر مختبريا 2-[ ({4-phenolNitrophenol]-1-naphthyl}imino)methyl}-6-methoxy، باستخدام ذكور الفئران المختبرية و أظهرت النتائج عدم سمية المركب ضمن التراكيز (40، 30، 20، 10) غم / كغم.
Abstract EN
The study included the determintion of LD50 for the compound 2-[({4- Nitrophenol)diazenyl]-1-naphthyl}imino)methyl}-6-methox phenol,which prepared in the laboratory in male mice .The results showed no toxicity of the compound within concentrations (10,20,30,40 g / kg of animal weight).
