In recent times of human life, It has spread many kinds of deadly toxins that are called drugs.

There are various aspects of the use of these toxins, Some of them became addicted to take it, others made it a way to profit by promoting and trafficking.

Generally, these toxins has been a significant impact on the threat of human life, And it has influenced a direct impact on the five basic necessities stipulated by Islamic law (Charia).

So it is necessary to identify the doctrinal rule of these toxins and related activities, as well as its punishment in Islamic jurisprudence.
