Abstract EN

This study aimed at recognizing the nature of relationship between the structural empowerment and psychological empowerment for employees in the private health sector in Biskra, The study was conducted on a sample of (59) individuals, and using the statistical package (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences).

The study concluded the following eminent results : -The levels of structural empowerment and psychological empowerment is large - The results of correlation analysis indicated that the nature of the relationship between the structural empowerment and psychological empowerment is positive with moral significance at 1%and 5% or less.but Rather weak.

-The sub-dimensions of structural empowerment (opportunity, official power) on the responding variable( psychological empowerment) was found to be significant (R2=31,4%).
