Abstract EN

Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon Prophet Mohammed (pbuh).

This research work sheds light on the concept of (taSrif) realization in eloquence, and opens the door for conducting studies of all related rhetorical arts, while providing various examples to determine its style.

realization in eloquence is a very profound and precise technique in rhetoric.

It is one of the great secrets of the inimitability of the Qur'anic eloquence utilized to display its meaning and topics, and to convey the sense of a polysemous word expressed by different rhetorical methods that show richness of meanings and structures, and diversities of speech.

The study comprises an introduction and three sections, followed by a conclusion that summarizes the main findings, and finally, a list of references.

The first section defines the concept of realization linguistically and in Qur'anic terminology.

It compares it with other similar technical terms, and then it illustrates the secret behind the superiority of the term “realization of eloquence” above all other terms.

The second section deals with types of realization of eloquence in the Qur'an.

It branches out into two main types; content and form, which, in turn, branches out to other types that display the Qur'anic inimitability when different meanings are realized - taking into account the different contexts, which are the bases of rhetoric - in multiple aspects of the form, such as realization of synonymous words in core meanings, verb tenses realization, syntaxes, verbal imagery, and realization in styles of argumentation, stories and proverbs.

The main concern of the third section is the rhetorical values of realization of eloquence.

No wonder that the Qur'an combines persuasion, intrigue, and realization in order to affect the soul, and achieve the supreme purpose of the Qur'anic eloquence; i.e.

calling people to the way of Allah with wisdom and good instruction, and utilizing a variety of ways to prepare the recipient to gladly accept the call.

The researcher then goes further than the meaning of realization, and investigates meanings by diverse rhetorical methods to find that the Qur'an does not confine itself to one direct style that does not vary, but instead it utilizes different rhetorical methods harmonized by meanings and attitudes that show richness of meanings and innovation of performance, prompting the recipient to declare his faith in Allah Almighty, and to comply with what His Prophet’s (pbuh) commands.

All praise is due to Allah.

By His grace righteous deeds are accomplished.
