Globalizing the cultural cause as in its informational and communicational component, and what follows as the aspets of influence and dominance has occupied and dominance, has occupied an important area in the intellectual and political dialectics since the late century up to date .

as the intensity of the controversy has increased about the media culture, especially by the appearance of what’s known as the thought of the postmodernizing media,wich has crashed the space and endeavored to establish a network of relations that interconnects cultures, but under the eye of the one pole which is is the problem of this research.
