Abstract EN

This study sought to assess the quality of the educational process in the Department of Sociology program based on perspective of the students.

The subjects of the study are all fourth-year students in the Department of Sociology and Social Work at the University of King Abdul Aziz.

Specifically (70)students including, both female and male, were chosen for this study.

The study included the identification of the(35)phrases distributed on five key are as represent the quality of education.

The results of the study emphasized the monitoring of high exercise of quality educational process in the Department of Sociology.

The quality of teaching comes first in terms of the quality of practice, and came second the students’ evaluation then the courses assumed the third position and training practice as fourth then finally the teaching aids.

The results of the study also revealed the absence of statistically significant differences between the total score for the quality of the educational process practices and variable sex of the subjects of the study.

The study came out with a set of recommendations which may contribute significantly in increasing of quality practice in the department.
