Abstract EN

The study aims to clear importance of “form human resource strategy” for put the right person in the right place.

And appear its elements assimilate by job analysis strategy, planning strategy, recruitment strategy and staffing strategy.

And applied this study in the general mirror company.

A questionnaire was developed and distributed to (169) worker for measure elements those strategy.

The result of study was a weaknesses strategy form Human Resource in these Company.

The study recommended the company management to increase importance by formers these Strategy assimilate by job analysis strategy, planning strategy, recruitment strategy and staffing strategy.
