Abstract AR

The study of the reality of the situation arbitration regarding badminton in particular, and various games at the level of general studies should go to them with a view to develop the arbitration process and raise the level of performance of the referees and players alike through the application of the law and draw the right players to properly ensure their rights without the intervention of the selfassessment for referees on the one hand , and reduce the number of refereeing errors that may be located where the judgment of the other.

The problem with search in the fact that the rise in skill level of the players necessitated play heavily into the contours of the stadium , and this in itself is a problem for the rulers to the normal level in calculating the points , especially in the strikes overwhelming where badminton is very fast and can not recognize the area of the fall of badminton in accurate .

The aim of this study is to compare the performance of the referees working on the device performance of the referees working without the device , so I suppose the researcher that there is no difference moral statistically significant differences between the performance of the ruling workers on the device and the performance of the referees working without the device, and the researcher used the quasi- experimental suitability nature of search , has included a sample group of governors badminton from the Iraqi League first class and the number was four governors , two of the device and the two govern without the device, formed a research sample (10 %) of the original research was to extract the correlation coefficient ( Spearman ) for being commensurate with the size of the sample , which coefficient Arrange data unconditional distribution of natural and the most important conclusions of the researcher are: that the device had a clear impact on the uneven performance of the referees between the device and work without , as well as the shares of the device in the speed and accuracy of the decision of the governors , and through these conclusions, the researcher recommends the adoption of the device in official matches the level of Iraq as well as the use of the device for the same purpose in other sporting events.
