Abstract EN

Notion of the research: Compiling some of the chapter titles which include the goal of (making) criticism in Saheeh Al Bukhaari The most important results: 1.

The Profiency of Imaam Al Bukhari in the workmanship of his book and and compiling it.

2.

The beauty of the chapter order in his Saheeh and the manifestation of the wonderful suitability between the titles on those chapters.

3.

His great carefulness in the formation of the wording of the chapter and his accuracy in selecting the (most) suitable context.

4.

The Imaam had objective criticism in his chapter titles.

5.

The objectives or the hints made (by the Imaam) in his chapter titles are apparent and clear.

And some of them are not so apparent so its not possible for us to be certain that the Imaam intended it therefore the presumption of the sayer remains to be strengthened or weakened in accordance to the evidences and proofs produced.

6.

The chapter titles were also not free from Jurisprudential objectives.

7.

The Chapter titles which included some indications of weakening (reports) are few in comparison to the (total) number of the chapter titles of the Saheeh.
