دعوى ابن حبان اطلاعه على السماع في أحاديث المدلسين التي يخرجها في صحيحه

Abstract EN

The issue of (Tadlees) is one of the most important issues to take care of the scholars, because the (Mudalis) fraudulent use this method to hide the narrator that he hear from, for some reasons, the main one that the weakness of the narrator.

The subject which realated of this that the claimed by (Ibn Hibban) in His book (Assahih) is true that the conversations that pay it for some fraudulent that it was not briefed on hearing it, as this promise, some researchers accepts (Anana Mudalis), what was narrated by ibn Hibban in his (sahih) from conversations (Mudallsin Anana), for it is mounted on the Hibban’m hearing frome the other meathods, as is stipulated in the introduction of his book.

This research came to study such claim in order to access the validity of it.

The subject is important; because if he is proven in (Sahih Ibn hibban), it held that the hearing is proven in the (ahadeeth mu’ananh for Mudalsin in Sahihain); because they are more informed and more knowledgeable than Ibn Hibban.

The research proved that this action of Ibn hibban, which perforated the existence of ahadeeth Ma’lulah have not seen these fraudulent, as well as the remaining of some of ahadeeth irrigated with Ana’na stand without a permit by the Mudalis hearing
